CoreFilters Terms of Use
These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the iOS app CoreFilters provided by CAEN Inc. Please review these terms before using the app.
Scope
These terms apply whenever you use CoreFilters.
By using CoreFilters, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
App Description
CoreFilters is a developer reference app for browsing Core Image filter categories, input attributes, previews, and Swift code examples.
CAEN Inc. may change, add, suspend, or discontinue app features, screens, or specifications when necessary.
CoreFilters Pro
CoreFilters Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks all filter details, input parameters, previews, and Swift code examples.
Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through your Apple App Store account settings and Apple's App Store terms.
You can restore an active subscription from Restore Purchases in the app.
Usage Notes
Filter information and preview output shown in CoreFilters may vary depending on your iOS version, device environment, and Core Image implementation.
Code examples are provided as development references and are not guaranteed to work in every project or runtime environment.
Prohibited Acts
You must not do any of the following when using CoreFilters.
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe the rights, privacy, or reputation of a third party
- Acts that cause damage to CAEN Inc. or a third party
- Analysis, modification, unauthorized use, or use beyond the normal intended scope of the app
- Other acts that CAEN Inc. determines to be inappropriate
Intellectual Property
Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to CoreFilters belong to CAEN Inc. or their rightful owners.
Names such as Core Image, Swift, iOS, and App Store belong to their respective rights holders.
Disclaimer
CAEN Inc. does not guarantee that CoreFilters will meet your specific purpose, operate accurately or continuously, or be free of defects.
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by CAEN Inc., CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages caused by the use or inability to use CoreFilters, use of displayed information or code examples, or issues arising from your device environment.
Changes to These Terms
CAEN Inc. may change these terms when necessary. The updated terms will be posted on this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises in connection with CoreFilters, the court with jurisdiction under applicable law will have exclusive jurisdiction.
