InkanScan Terms of Use
These Terms of Use define the conditions for using the iOS app InkanScan provided by CAEN Inc. Please review them before using the app.
Scope
These terms apply whenever a user uses InkanScan.
By using InkanScan, the user is deemed to have agreed to these terms.
App Functionality
InkanScan creates transparent PNG electronic seal images from photos captured or selected by the user, then lets users save or share those images.
CAEN Inc. may change, add, suspend, or discontinue app features, displays, or specifications when necessary.
In-App Purchase
InkanScan offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock Pro features.
Purchases, refunds, payment methods, and purchase history are handled according to Apple's terms and App Store systems.
Seal Image Management
Users are responsible for managing seal images they create, save, or share using InkanScan.
Users are responsible for confirming whether created seal images are acceptable for their intended submission destination and legal context.
Prohibited Actions
Users must not engage in the following actions when using InkanScan.
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
- Actions that infringe the rights, privacy, or reputation of third parties
- Impersonating or misusing another person's seal, signature, or authority
- Actions that cause damage to CAEN Inc. or third parties
- Analysis, modification, misuse, or use beyond normal operation of the app
- Other actions deemed inappropriate by CAEN Inc.
Disclaimer
CAEN Inc. does not guarantee that InkanScan will fit a user's specific purpose, operate accurately or continuously, be free of defects, or that created seal images will be accepted by every submission destination.
Except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by CAEN Inc., CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages caused by use or inability to use the app, loss of image data, device environment issues, or use of created seal images.
