BannerFit Terms of Use
These Terms of Use define the conditions for using the iOS app BannerFit provided by CAEN Inc.
Scope
These terms apply whenever a user uses BannerFit.
By using BannerFit, the user is deemed to have agreed to these terms.
App Functionality
BannerFit edits user-selected photos for social media headers and covers and exports them as JPEG or PNG files.
CAEN Inc. may change, add, suspend, or discontinue app features, displays, or specifications when necessary.
Platform Specifications and Guides
Preset dimensions are based on recommendations published by each social platform. Recommended dimensions and visible areas may change when a platform updates its requirements.
Safe-area and overlap guides are placement references and do not guarantee identical display on every device or platform interface. Check the live result after publishing.
Image Rights and Management
Users are responsible for obtaining the rights and permissions required for images they edit, save, or share with BannerFit.
Users are responsible for managing projects, finished images, save destinations, and sharing destinations.
Prohibited Actions
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
- Actions that infringe third-party copyright, trademark, portrait, privacy, or other rights
- Actions that cause damage to CAEN Inc. or third parties
- Misuse, modification, or use beyond the app's normal operation
Disclaimer
CAEN Inc. does not guarantee that BannerFit will fit a user's specific purpose, operate accurately or continuously, or be free of defects.
Except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by CAEN Inc., CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages caused by use or inability to use the app, loss of images or projects, or changes made by social platforms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises in connection with BannerFit, the court with jurisdiction under applicable law will have exclusive jurisdiction.
