These Terms of Use define the conditions for using the iOS app BilliardsToy provided by CAEN Inc. Please review them before using the app.
Scope
These terms apply whenever you use BilliardsToy.
By using BilliardsToy, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
App Description
BilliardsToy is a tactile iPhone toy app using 2D physics simulation, touch input, and haptic feedback.
CAEN Inc. may change, add, suspend, or discontinue app features, displays, or specifications when necessary.
Subscription
BilliardsToy Pro unlocks Pro features such as color presets, slipperiness control, adding balls by tapping, tilt gravity, and haptic tuning.
Subscription price, period, auto-renewal, cancellation, refunds, and Family Sharing are governed by Apple's terms and App Store settings.
You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple Account settings on iOS.
Prohibited Actions
You must not do any of the following when using BilliardsToy.
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
- Actions that infringe the rights, privacy, or reputation of third parties
- Actions that cause damage to CAEN Inc. or third parties
- Analysis, modification, misuse, or use beyond normal app usage
- Any other action that CAEN Inc. considers inappropriate
Disclaimer
CAEN Inc. does not guarantee that BilliardsToy will meet your specific purpose, operate continuously and accurately, or be free of defects.
If haptic feedback or visual motion feels uncomfortable, please stop using the app.
CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use BilliardsToy except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
