HapticLab Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the iOS app HapticLab provided by CAEN Inc. Please review these terms before using the app.

Scope

These terms apply whenever users use HapticLab.

By using HapticLab, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

App Description

HapticLab is a developer utility for checking iPhone haptic feedback as named feedback types, adjustable parameters, and combined custom patterns.

CAEN Inc. may change, add, suspend, or discontinue app features, display, specifications, or content as needed.

Prohibited Acts

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Reverse engineering, modifying, or redistributing the app
  • Interfering with app operation
  • Infringing the rights, privacy, or reputation of CAEN Inc. or third parties

Disclaimer

The feel of haptics may vary depending on iPhone model, iOS version, device settings, environment, and user perception. CAEN Inc. does not guarantee that every device will produce the same sensation.

HapticLab is intended to assist development checks. Users should make final implementation decisions after confirming Apple's official documentation and real-device behavior at their own responsibility.

CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use HapticLab, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by CAEN Inc.

Intellectual Property

Rights related to HapticLab's UI, structure, text, images, and other content belong to CAEN Inc. or their rightful owners.

Apple, iPhone, iOS, UIKit, Core Haptics, and other names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes related to HapticLab shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court under applicable law.
