Image Converter Privacy Policy
Image Converter processes selected images and converted outputs entirely on your iPhone.
Images and processing
Images selected in the app and converted outputs are processed entirely on the user's device. The app does not upload or transmit image data to CAEN Inc. or any external conversion server.
The app may copy images to iOS temporary storage during a conversion session. Temporary data is removed when the user clears the session and when the app next launches. Images saved to Photos, Files, or another destination are not deleted by this cleanup.
Photo library
The app uses Apple's system photo picker and receives only items explicitly selected by the user.
If the user chooses Save to Photos, the app requests add-only photo-library access. This permission is used only for that user-initiated save operation.
Local settings
Conversion preferences and review-prompt state are stored in local UserDefaults. This information is not sent to CAEN Inc.
Data we do not collect
- Personal or account information
- Advertising identifiers, behavior, or usage analytics
- Crash logs or other diagnostics
- Selected images, converted images, or precise location
The app contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, or tracking SDK.
External links and email
The Settings screen can open CAEN Inc. websites, the App Store, and the user's mail app. A support email draft includes the app version, build number, and iOS version. No image file is attached automatically, and the user decides whether to send the email.
