PodWindow Terms of Use
These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the iOS app PodWindow provided by CAEN Inc. Please review them before using the app.
Scope
These terms apply whenever you use PodWindow. By using PodWindow, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
App Features
PodWindow retrieves show and episode information from public podcast feeds selected by the user and provides a list, widgets, local notifications, and streaming playback.
CAEN Inc. may change, add, or suspend app features, displays, or specifications as needed.
Purchase
PodWindow is offered as a one-time paid app on the App Store. Purchases, payment, refunds, Family Sharing, and other transaction terms are governed by Apple's terms and App Store settings.
CAEN Inc. does not receive credit card numbers, Apple Account passwords, or billing information.
Third-Party Content
Show names, descriptions, artwork, audio, and other podcast content are provided by publishers and remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Publication, modification, removal, regional restrictions, accuracy, and usage conditions are controlled by each publisher. You must use the content in accordance with publisher terms and applicable law.
Prohibited Acts
You must not engage in the following acts when using PodWindow.
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe copyrights, privacy, or other rights of third parties
- Using a malicious feed or URL to cause harm to CAEN Inc. or a third party
- Misusing or modifying the app, or placing loads on services beyond ordinary use

CAEN Inc. does not guarantee the continued availability, content, accuracy, legality, audio quality, feed format, or artwork display of any podcast.
CAEN Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from defects. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by CAEN Inc., CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages caused by use of or inability to use the app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes concerning PodWindow are subject to the court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
