Basic Usage

  • Scan: Use the camera to read QR codes and barcodes.
  • Read from Photos: Select an image from your device and scan codes inside it.
  • History: Search scan history, add notes, mark favorites, and export CSV.
  • Create: Generate QR codes for websites, text, email, phone numbers, SMS, contacts, and more.

Bug Reports

When reporting a bug, please include as much of the following information as possible.

  • Device model
  • iOS version
  • App version
  • What happened
  • Steps to reproduce the issue, if possible

FAQ

The camera is not available.

Open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera, then enable camera access for QRCheck.

Does QRCheck automatically open scanned URLs?

No. QRCheck displays scanned contents so you can review them first. A URL is opened only when you choose to open it.

Are scanned contents sent to a server?

No. Scanning, review, and QR code generation are performed on the device.

Are any scanned contents excluded from history?

Yes. Sensitive contents such as Wi-Fi passwords and otpauth data for authenticator apps are not automatically saved to history.

Is account registration required?

No. QRCheck works without login or account registration.
