SpinSketch Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of SpinSketch, provided by CAEN Inc.
Purpose of the App
SpinSketch is an entertainment and decision-aid tool that rotates freehand drawings and lets the user read the area under the arrow. It does not detect segments, determine results automatically, or guarantee probabilities.
Responsible Use
- Do not use the app for unlawful or abusive purposes.
- Do not rely solely on the app for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other consequential decisions.
- If you use the app in connection with prizes, money, gambling, or other regulated activity, you are responsible for complying with applicable law.
Data and Backups
Content is stored locally. Data may be lost because of device failure, loss, app deletion, or other circumstances. Do not use the app as the only storage location for important information.
Changes or Discontinuation
We may change or discontinue the app when necessary for quality, legal, security, or technical reasons.
Disclaimer and Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CAEN Inc. is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the app. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
