These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using the iOS app StereoVista provided by CAEN Inc.
Scope
These terms apply to all use of StereoVista.
By using StereoVista, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
App Description
StereoVista is an iOS app for viewing stereoscopic images from public archives using parallel view, cross view, anaglyph, wiggle, and original display modes.
We may change, add, suspend, or discontinue app features, display, specifications, or included content as needed.
Subscriptions
StereoVista Plus provides access to Plus collections in the app.
Subscription price, duration, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and Family Sharing are governed by Apple terms and App Store settings.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple Account settings on iOS.
Content and Credits
Images in the app are sourced from public archives, and each work includes source, credit, rights information, and a link to the original page.
Public archive materials may include expressions reflecting the cultural and historical context of their time.
Prohibited Acts
You may not engage in the following acts when using StereoVista.
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe the rights, privacy, or reputation of third parties
- Acts that damage CAEN or third parties
- Analysis, modification, misuse, or use beyond normal use of the app
- Any other acts that we deem inappropriate
Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that StereoVista will meet your specific purposes, always operate accurately or continuously, or be free of defects.
Stereoscopic viewing varies by person. Stop using the app if you experience eye strain or discomfort.
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by CAEN, we are not liable for damages caused by use or inability to use StereoVista, displayed content, or device environment.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes related to StereoVista will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court as provided by law.
