By using TextHush, you agree to these terms.
1. Service
TextHush is an iPhone app that detects text regions in images and applies pixelation, blur, or blackout to areas selected by the user.
2. License
Subject to Apple’s terms, we grant purchasers a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use TextHush for personal or business purposes.
3. User Responsibility
Automatic text detection is an aid and does not guarantee detection of every word or sensitive detail. Before sharing an image, you must review the detection result and exported image and add or adjust coverage as needed.
You are responsible for having the right to edit and share an image and for complying with applicable law and third-party rights.
4. Prohibited Use
- Using the app to violate law or third-party rights
- Interfering with the operation of the app or service
- Analysis, modification, or redistribution beyond what applicable law permits
5. Disclaimer
We take reasonable steps to improve quality, but do not guarantee perfect detection, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use or inability to use the app.
