Basic Use

  • Open a normal web page in Safari.
  • Run this extension from the share menu or extensions menu.
  • Review character count, reading time, frequent terms, and related text metrics for the page or selected text.
  • Copy displayed reports or values to the clipboard if needed.

Information to Include in Bug Reports

When reporting a bug, please include as much of the following information as possible.

  • Device model
  • iOS, iPadOS, or macOS version
  • Safari version
  • App version
  • What happened
  • Steps to reproduce the issue, if possible

FAQ

How do I enable the Safari extension?

On iOS 18 or later, open Settings > Apps > Safari > Extensions and enable this extension. On iOS 17 or earlier, open Settings > Safari > Extensions. On macOS, open Safari > Settings > Extensions.

The extension does not run.

The extension may not be available on Safari Start Page, settings pages, or special internal pages. Run it on a normal web page.

If access to the target site is disabled, check the site access permission in Safari extension settings.

Is page content sent to a server?

No. Page processing is performed inside the Safari process on your device only when you run the extension. The app and extension do not perform network communication.

Does copying happen automatically?

No. Clipboard copying happens only when you choose a copy action.

Is the purchase a subscription?

No. This app is a one-time purchase on the App Store. Refunds follow Apple's policy.
