ZIP Maker Support
Choose photos, files, or folders, enter a ZIP name, and tap Create ZIP. You can share the completed archive right away.
How to create a ZIP
- Use the add button on the Create screen to choose photos, files, or folders.
- Reorder, rename, or remove items if needed.
- Review the ZIP name and compression setting, then tap Create ZIP.
- Share the result from the completion screen or the Archives tab.
Troubleshooting
If ZIP creation fails, check available iPhone storage and remove any item the app can no longer access. For files stored only in the cloud, download them in the Files app before selecting them.

Are my photos or files uploaded?
No. ZIP creation takes place entirely on your iPhone.
Can ZIP Maker extract an existing ZIP?
No. The app is dedicated to creating ZIP archives.
Where are completed ZIP archives stored?
Use the Archives tab to share, rename, or delete completed ZIP archives.
Are there ads or additional charges?
No. ZIP Maker is a paid, one-time purchase with no ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
