Information to Include in Bug Reports

When reporting a bug, please include the following information when possible.

  • Your iPhone model
  • Your iOS version
  • App version
  • What happened
  • PDF page count or file size related to the issue
  • Steps to reproduce the issue, if available

In-App Purchases

If purchased Pro features are not reflected, please try restoring purchases from the purchase screen in the app.

Refunds, receipts, and payment method changes are managed by Apple Account settings. Please contact Apple Support when necessary.

FAQ

Can I use the app for free?

Yes. You can store up to three PDFs in the app for free and read registered PDFs as many times as you want.

What does Pro unlock?

Pro unlocks unlimited PDF storage, bookmarks, auto-hiding toolbar, horizontal margin trimming, and other reading features.

Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?

No. PDFs added to ScriptScroll are stored locally inside the app and are not uploaded to CAEN servers.

Can I restore a purchase?

Yes. Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple Account used for the purchase and try the restore feature in the app.

Do I need to create an account?

No. ScriptScroll can be used without login or account registration.
